The Organiser can organise a competition in cooperation with commercial
partners whose names have been indicated in connection with the competition
(hereinafter Partners). The competition’s Organiser can be contacted by sending

2. Eligibility to participate
All private individuals over the age of 18 can participate in the competition, excluding those working for the Organiser [or Partner] and participating in the organisation of this competition, and family members of such individuals.
3. Period of participation
The period of participation is from 23rd November until 2nd December 2022.
4. Participating in the competition
The competition can be participated in on the competition website.
5. Prizes
The prize is a Playstation 5 console. The prize can’t be exchanged for money.
6. Winning the competition
If the winning notice or prize is returned to the Organiser due to incorrect details or another delivery problem, or if the winner of the competition has violated these rules or has otherwise acted illegally, this will result in disqualification. The Organiser has the right to remove any participants of the competition who aim to misuse the competition by altering the results or lottery probabilities.
7. Responsibility of the Organiser
The Organiser shall pay the legally
regulated tax on lottery proceeds for the prize mentioned in these rules. The
prize winner shall be responsible for any other costs related to the acceptance
or use of the prize, or for participating in the competition. The prize winner
shall release the Organiser [and Partner] from all responsibility which is caused,
or which is claimed to have been caused, due to participating in the competition
or accepting the prize. The prize winner
shall also release the Organiser [and Partner] from all responsibility
concerning the later use of the prize and any faults occurring to it, as well
as all responsibility concerning injuries or damage which is caused, or claimed
to have been caused, due to participating in this competition or due to
accepting or using the prize. This
freedom of responsibility does not however weaken the consumer’s rights set out
in the Consumer Rights Act.
The Organiser’s liability towards the participants shall not exceed the value
or amount of the prize mentioned in these rules. By participating in this
competition, the participants agree to observe these competition rules and the
Organiser’s decisions. The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to
these rules by notifying them on the competition’s website.
8. Processing of personal data and using them in direct marketing
Personal data collected in connection with the competition may be used for direct marketing in accordance with the Personal Data Act. Personal data collected in connection with the competition can also be used for electronic direct marketing, if the participant has provided consent for this. Further information about the processing of personal data, the data subject’s rights, and the implementation of such rights is available in the privacy policy.

Personal data is collected, processed and used with the customer’s consent for communicating kaw news. In addition, the data can be used for statistical and services’ development purposes.

Personal data is collected and processed by Sony Music Entertainment Finland. The data source of the register is the data collected from the customer.
Data to be collected includes:
- First name
- Last name
- Address
- Postal code
- City
- Email address
- Date of birth
- Direct marketing consents/refusals indicated by the customer.
6. Regular data sources
The customer may provide personal details via the competition website.
7. Transferring data outside the EU or the European Economic Area
Sony Music Entertainment Finland shall not disclose data to any third parties. Data shall not be transferred outside Finland.
8. Protection principles of the register
The register is maintained as a technical recording. The data system is fully protected, and the register is only used by such people whose job description includes its use.
9. Right to review
Data subjects have the right to review, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, what personal data has been stored in the register. A request to review must be prepared in writing, signed and submitted to the person responsible for register-related issues (contact details have been mentioned in Section 2).
